General conditions motorcycle scooter rental in Menorca

1.- A valid CREDIT CARD as guarantee is necessary in order to rent. with charge 150.00€ is necessary, the price of rent can satisfy in cash. DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS WITH MONEY OF € 500,00, € 200,00 BILLETS.

Also it is necessary and mandatory to have a motorcycle license type A - A1 - A2 or type car driving license B with minimum 3 years old AND HAVE MINIMUM ONE YEAR'S EXPERIENCE DRIVING MOTORCYCLES, if upon delivery of the motorcycle we detect that you do not have enough experience, we will proceed to cancel the contract and you will be refunded the amount of the rental minus 30.00 euros as cancellation fees.

2.- The insurance covers damages to third parties as well as legal defense and assistance on the road. Coverage is excluded in case of riding Ander the effect of alcohol or drugs, or if the motorcycle is driven by a person not indicated in the contract. In case of accident you must contact us as soon as posible at the following telephone number: +34 669 11 32 88 and notify the Police.

In no case is the insurance covers medical assistance for personal injury. In the case of needing medical assistance, call Emergencies at 112.

3.- A maximun of two people, to be specified in the contract with MOTOSRENT, are allowed to ride the motorbike, the second driver.

4.- In case of loss of keys must pay them. The key cost of the motorcycle is 75€, the cost of the padlock key is 35€ the displacement to open the motorcycle or accident assistance or personal negligence is 80€.

In case of loss of lock should pay it. The cost is 85€ and displacement for delivery of keys or open the motorcycle is 80€.

Personal effects are not covered by insurance.

5.- Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD or (DEBIT WITH CHARGE IN ACCOUNT ONLY FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE RENT)

6.- LIMIT OF CIRCULATION:

The circulation with the motorcycle is limited ONLY And EXCLUSIVELY to the MENORCA ISLAND, and paved road.

7.- The price includes insurance, helmets, taxes and 24-hour assistance for FORTUITE MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN does not include assistance for personal negligence.

8.- The motorcycle will be delivered full, you will have to pay € 15 in gasoline and cost for service FULL EMPTY you return it however you like.

9.- If the Client wants to cancel a reservation, he must notify MOTOSRENT in advance, it can be canceled free of charge up to 10 days before the date and time of collection of the motorcycle indicated in his reservation. In the event that the cancellation is made with less time than indicated, the money paid for the reservation will not be returned.

10.- In case of an accident, the vehicle will not be replaced, the contract is finalized and not returning the money for the remaining days of the rent.

11.- No amount will be returned in case of return of the vehicle before the end date of the contract.

12.- In case the customer wants to extend the contract, he must previously communicate it to MotosRent. This extension will depend on the availability of motorcycles and disposition of the company, upon payment of the extension of the contract. For this extension you must go to one of our offices. Only the holder of the contract will be able to do the management in our office.
